1. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
2. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for items that are not in original condition or returned late.

Then contact your bank
